Questions

Is there a free trial available?

Yes, we offer a free trial session. During this session you are able to get a taste of our trainers fitness style and we get a deeper idea of your level and needs.

What do I need for the first session?

We recommend clients to have their own yoga mat and towel ball to start any type of sessions. For in-home and online sessions, as we go along, there may be more equipment needed, depending on the goals and fitness level.

What is your session cancellation policy?

As with many service appointments, we require at least 24 hours of cancelation notice. Late cancelations, under 24 hours, are charged in full.

Do you do sessions to help with surgery or injury recovery?

Yes, we have experience and training for helping support you through injury recovery. However, we do require you have clearance from. a doctor, particularly, if the recovery is from surgery or. a serious illness.

If I want the trainer to come to me, do they bring equipment?

Yes, our trainers have weights, kettle bells, and much more. We bring equipment based on your goals, fitness level, and fitness plan.

I want to train with my partness, can the trainer accommodate two people of different fitness levels?

Yes, we can definitely tailor the session to fit and challenge you both where you’re at.
